Skillvora does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA.
Categories of personal information collected in the last 12 months: identifiers (email, name, institutional affiliation), commercial information (subscription status), internet activity (session telemetry, transcripts of practice sessions), inferences (rubric scores and learning analytics). Sources: directly from you, your institution's LMS via LTI, and our hosting/analytics subprocessors.
Your rights: right to know, right to delete, right to correct, right to limit use of sensitive personal information, right to opt out of sale/sharing (already honored by default), and right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
How to submit a request: email privacy@skillvora.io with subject 'CCPA Request' and the type of request. We verify identity by matching the email on the account or via your institutional administrator. Authorized agents may submit on your behalf with written permission. We respond within 45 days.
